CPC (Cost Paid per Click)
The Cost Paid per Click (also referred to CPC, Pay Per Click ,PPC or Paid Search Marketing) is the amount search engines charge advertisers. It is a common way to pay for search engine and other types of online advertising. CPC means an advertiser pays a pre-determined amount each time someone clicks on the advertisement. The advertiser usually set a top amount per click for each search term, depending on the particular search engine and competitors’ bids. It is a payment model where the advertiser pays only when the advertisement is actually clicked and nor for impressions.
