CTR (click-through rate)
click-through rate (CTR) (or click rate) is the average number of click per hundred ad impressions, expressed as a percentage (Represented as: total clicks / total impressions for a specific ad = CTR). It is often used in Internet marketing to describe the percentage of users who click on a link or advertisement. The CTR is used as a measure to determine the effectiveness of an advertisement or link. The higher the CTR, the more visitors the site is receiving.
